About the server voting, first of all this would be a REAL PAIN to handle and also we want the final word on what is going on the server.

It would actually be a tremendous pain, and entirely impractical. Besides, it's not the players footing the rewards, it's the GMs.
On a side, i know how to edit the grfs too, i just can't remember where the loading screen one is XD;;

Player voting would indeed be a pain and could be extremely unfair, some people would create multiple account to vote or ask their friends to vote for them and in the end it would just end up being a popularity contest.

For now, we will stick with the GMs voting and that's that.
