Technically its a club. Seeing as its dropped by a monster, I'd say 4 slotted.

and also technically, doesn't the one the wish applies to has to wave the object to get the benefit of the wish? (Just wants to see how a 3 cm tall man can wave a hammer 100 times his size and weighing proportionate.)

I think facts are pretty useless right now.

?? I have some studying to do to you know. Right now, I'm in the same situation as Kenshiro right now with all the stress I'm getting from my parents and school. My only solution is to lessen my time on drawing to make room for homework. Of course, I'll finish the drawing request I had accepted. Although I'm not too sure if I can keep up my drawing skills to the level I had when it was summer.
