Exact approach is there, but there's an edit when again, we said no editing... (I do no-editing this time because it's clear-cut on who is the first one who got the right answer and prevents all other types of problems)

Hann has the right answer there!

You guys are weird Cry I used way less time on #2 than this current one when I got asked these questions... and you guys got it completely reverse as me ._. I thought that this one is way harder than the last one.

I thought this question will take awhile too Thinking

Question 4!

I asked this on Main for fun before (without any prizes, and nobody got it) Evil

GM-Ayu challenges you to guess a whole number between 1 and 2000. You are allowed to ask 15 questions that can be answered with "yes" or "no." GM-Ayu will answer them with a "yes" or "no" accordingly, but she will lie on at most, one question. She got the ABILITY to lie once, doesn't mean that she definitely will. GM-Ayu will also only answer the questions??after you asked all 15 questions.

What are the 15 questions that you should ask so that you have a foolproof approach to always get the right answer?

Prize: 1 OCA (hint is now given)

This is last question for tonight unless by miracle you guys answer this within half an hour (sleeping at server time 5 AM.) By tomorrow morning/afternoon though when I check by and if no one got it, I'll drop a hint, but then the prize will be lowered down to 1 OCA only.

RE: Downtime Puzzle, again
Seems like no one got this one so far, so the hint for question 4!

Hint: If I don't lie at all, then you only need 11 questions to do find the answer, so the 4 extra questions allowed are treated as "error detecting" questions. Consider the case where you have 11 coins. They are either heads, or tails. If lying isn't allowed, then you only need 11 questions to ask about them individually "is coin 1 heads? is coin 2 heads?" and so on. With this hint in mind about 11 questions for coins if there's no lying, think about how to relate this back to 1 to 2000.

(server is up again yes, but let's finish this one anyway.)
