Would just make sunnies even rarer as all mid headgears share a hatter number xD. Does seem a little OP though.

It isn't so bad imo. +3% matk/atk and +1 dex isn't that great.
It is nice for people who don't need the stats from sunnies to get to the Str/Dex/Int breakpoint though.

Besides, it isn't slotted. Not many options to do with it. Champs use incubus or like other melees use Str for breakpoint, mages use isilla, ESL etc etc.
And you can't use maya purples with it =x
