While we are at it, can we take off the Quest Summoned MvP Death rant? I wasn't there, why do I care if it died? Just as annoying as Rebirth and Birth posts. It makes me want to ignore all gold text that appear on my screen.

Some of them have a re-summon timer. The message lets people know that it has been summoned recently, and that is why it won't resummon, as opposed to going "Zomg. Summoning is broken!!! *create panic*"

And was stated above, THERE IS NO PRIVACY. It's right on the CP for anyone to see IF they choose to look.

Removing the Announcements would change squat.
Theres a huge difference from actually stalking the char trough CP than to getting the info trown in your face by a golden message.
I like to think most people don't go that far.
