I have several on the spot theories:

1. Another of Mystra's Alter Ego / Stalky lady freaks (shot down cause Mystra worships his avatar and sig too much)

2. Mystra's S.O. (no evidence to back this up, soooo no comment)

3. Mystra in drag (I know this one is a stretch and just ignorant but -shrug?- )
