Here are some preliminary ideas for the cards, though I admit some need some minor tweaking.
A few things to keep in mind before reading is that:
The server is already flooded with custom +drop items so I tried limiting that as much as possible.
And to balance out extended classes, (since this is a goal that Gravity has neglected - viewing most extended classes as a joke, ie supernovice.) Is not done only by giving class only bonuses, but just by making gear more oriented to their play style. Also giving the skills that makes them unique to other classes, especially the ones that make them good, detracts from the class itself. Which is why you won't see any of those in these upcoming suggestions.
[Note that even extended classes can be competitive if used as per their advantages, correctly and optimized.]
[Also note that in the 'left out classes' babies are still the most screwed over classes in game.]

2% Chance to cast level 1 heal on self with each attack, if refine is 9~10, cast level 3 heal.
Combos with Marin Card, auto cast level 1 cold bolt when attacking.
Pandaring
"Garment" of the Uncertain
Reduce ghost property damage by 20%
Add a 3% chance of auto casting 'confusion' on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.
Add a chance of gaining 'Poring Box' each time a monster is killed.
Combos with Ghostring, Increase HP recovery by 15%
Pumpkinring
Malicious "Weapon"
Stone Curse an enemy when you attack (Success Chance 2%).
ATK + 5
Combos with Hollow Poring Card, Stone Curse Rate increased to 5%
Levia Lucha [MVP]
"Armor" of the Depths
Reduce Water Property damage by 100%.
but take 50% more damage from wind.
Increase damage to fire types by 10%
Autocast Water Ball when recieving physical damage.
Combos with Selkie, Increase effects of heal effects by 15%
Combos with Eralia, Increase Magic defense by 5
Hollow Poring [MVP]
"Armor" of Destruction
Damage dealt increased by 10%
Damage received increased by 15%
Auto Cast Lord of Vermillion when when hit by low chance.
Combos with Pumpkinring Card, increases damage dealt by 5%, increases damage taken by 5%, Increases rate to autocast Lord of Vermillion.
Autumn Leaf Cat
"Shoes" of the Fall
Reduce Earth damage by 10%
Combos with Leaf Cat Card, Reduce Water damage by 10%
Midnight Jack [MVP]
"Shoes" of Midnight
Int + 2, 3% Chance to cast level 5 Magnificate when reciving physical damage.
If Int >= 77, 10% chance to cast level 5 Magnificate instead.
Combos with Evil Druid, Reduce Holy damage taken by 20%
Eye of Surtur
Scoundrels "Garment"
If all stats are 80 or below, +3 to all stats, if a stat is over 80, give +1 to every stat that is 80 and below.
If character is a baby class, additional +2 to all stats.
If STR > 90, gives character level 1 Triple Attack, damage increases against all types by 1% every 2 refine.
If AGI > 90, gives character level 1 Snatcher, attack speed is increased by 1% for every 2 refine.
If Vit > 90, gives character level 1 Faith, reflects 1% damage for every 2 refine.
If INT > 90, gives character level 1 Dragonology, Cast time reduced by 1% for every 2 refine.
If DEX > 90, gives character level 1 Increase Spiritual Power, After cast delay reduced by 1% for every 2 refine.
If LUK > 90, gives character level 1 Finding Ore, Critical chance increased by 1% for every 2 refine.
Fafnir [Mini Boss]
Duelist "Shield"
If size = small, reduce damage from small type units by 30%
If size = medium, reduce damage from medium type units by 30%
If size = large, reduce damage from large type units by 30%
Surtur [MVP]
"Armor" of Rebellion
Reduce Fire Property damage by 100%.
but take 50% more damage from water.
Increase damage to earth types by 10%
Autocast Fire Wall when recieving physical damage.
Combos with Eye of Surtur, Enables True Sight.
Combos with Fafnir,
If size = small, increase damage done to small type units by 10%
If size = medium, increase damage done to medium type units by 10%
If size = large, increase damage done to large type units by 10%
Selkie
Liquid "Shield"
Defense Reduced by 1 Per Refine
Magic Defense Increased by 1 Per Refine
Eralia
Mystics "Garment"
Reduce cast time by 1% per refine
Increase sp cost by 1% per refine
-10% after cast delay, increase after cast delay by 1 per refine.

I propose:
This: A card that can randomly turn an enemy into either of 2 elements (at a random rate, so you can't predict).
Side-effect: The card can stone curse the user at random % (non preventable by wearing ed ).

Shadow Flameguard "headgear"
8% chance to turn enemy target into shadow element for 18sec when dealing physical damage.
8% chance to turn enemy target into fire element for 8 sec when dealing physical damage.??
4% chance to turn enemy target into shadow element for 9 sec when dealing magical damage.??
4% chacne to turn enemy target into fire lement for 4 sec when dealing magical damage.??
1% chance of the user being stone cursed when dealing physical damage.??
1% chance of the user being stone cursed when dealing magical damage.
4% extra chance to become stone cursed for both physical & magic usage while WoE mode is on.??
I think it would create interesting combos for pvp/woe but still being random due to the power of the card.??Turning enemies into shadow/fire element while having an holy/water weapon or casting holy/water magic is a powerfull effect, but since you won't be able to predict wich/when element is applicated on the enemy, it won't be abusable.??To be effective it will have to be used with teamates having water/holy damages.??Also, magical damage will have half the trigger-rate and half the duration since they are easier to spam as aoe.??Added also 1% chance to get stone cursed when using it.??That effect would need to be non-preventable while wearing ed armor or wearing gtb (it would need to be like the status effects of fishes)
