of course it was... ham and sausages (especially pork) never harms anyone

well my take on spicy sausages such as the Chorizo is to make them into a hair of the dog or a spicy pick me up:

1 sausage link, chopped or bacon
2 tomatoes, diced
parsley, chopped
onions and garlic
Worcestershire sauce
tabasco
tomato ketchup and bottled chili sauce
some lemon juice (1/4 lemon per person)
olive oil

stir fry the onions garlic and sausage for a bit in the oil
add the tomatoes and worch sauce as well as tabasco
add ketchup and chili sauce to thicken/add consistency as well as a bit of sweetness
take off heat, add lemon juice and parsley to garnish.

Goes well with bread, rice, pasta, or on its own. Enjoy

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes


Mudslide cookies

Ingredient
Chocolate, unsweetened 2 3/4 oz
Chocolate, bittersweet 8 oz
Butter 1.5 oz.

Eggs 3 ea
Sugar 8 oz.
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Cake flour 1 1/4??oz.
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Salt pinch
Chocolate chips, 1 oz.
Walnuts, chopped 2 3/4 oz

Method
1. Melt together chocolates and butter using a double boiler.
2. Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a mixer.??
3. Pour chocolate mixture onto egg mixture.??Change to a paddle to incorporate the dry ingredients.
4. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add into egg/chocolate mixture with chocolate chips and walnuts.
5.??Use a??scoop to portion out the mixture.

Baking Instructions:
Pan and bake in a 375?F oven until cookies starts to crack and begins to set.
**** Note- the middle will still be very soft when this cookie is done baking.??Only the sides will be firm to the touch.
*Good with dried Cherries or Cranberries.

I want to discover BACON FLAVORED ICE CREAM. It sounds cool.
Pancakes are pretty good to eat every now and then, especially with syrup and butter, good to eat in the afternoon so you can have soda with it. 10 nuggets with sweet and sour sause and a fish sandwich is always good. Always eat Key Lime pie when your next to the computer for more fun and sneak it into school and maybe put some ice cream with it(and bring a soda with you also)....im hungry...

Well, Waffle you could always take vanilla ice cream and add maple syrup and bits of cooked bacon and put it in a mixer. Mix it up and you have bacon and maple flavored ice cream. Then stick that on your pancakes! Hmm I may go try that

Not sure if anyone else tried this, but I stirred in a chopped garlic clove while cooking my mac and cheese today. It was yummy <3.

So this past weekend I made a wedding cake and a grooms cake for some friends of mine.

First up is the Grooms cake and my personal fav.
