Shinibu - someone PM'ed me regarding a test server which pretty much let's you customize a char without the need of trying to find a social high rate server in which to do the same.??I might try it.??

Takhara, yet it does!??It pretty much gives you nerfed GM capabilities.??The only commands not available to you are those which are abusive to other players (like things that make others crash) or anything that may modify anything but your own character.??There are wipes every month so as to prevent excess data storage so it's not at all a social server.??It is solely there for you to test builds, strategies et cetera.??I like this a lot versus the other servers where I had to work just to test.

I'm here on HeRO because I want to do the work.??I joined the high rate to see if what I'm working toward will actually prevail.??The high rate failed spectacularly but the test server answered all of my questions.??After making my final build and seeing that it is, indeed, uberbadass I decided to make my char 500/255 with 32k to all stats and killed Satan Morroc a few times over in Prontera.??It was good fun.??=D

I know I'm not allowed to advertise here on the forums, but we should be allowed to advert this one seeing as to how everyone references its website 20 times a day anyway.??

HeRO still has my love and probably more than ever now once I get my final build since I know I won't hate it and spend uberzenies resetting a few times until I settle.

Whether you use a stat calculator or a test server, there will still be some mental math needed to translate it over to heRO, due to customs.

Theoretically you can download eAthena onto your computer creating your own mini server you access and if you know the data bases enough create items that do the same thing in heRO for you to try out. You don't even have to use the same sprites that we do but are easily gotten. But that's going a bit extreme '

I did that once Nara a few years back.??It was the ultimate in fail since I was the only one on the server.??I felt so lonely even if I was there only to test.??I mainly play RO to chat.??Anyone who has ever played with me knows I don't take the game seriously unless I am helping someone else.??(Just yesterday I wandered onto Prontera field 7 to kill Vocal simply because I wanted to xp)

So, when I got on a server and I was the only one there it made me a sad panda.??

I was all Will Smith from I am Legend and such.??I was talking to mannequins, my best friend was my dog.??I had lost touch with society and was going insane.??D:
