-Head Defender: A refine on a slotted and carded headgear that occupies at the least Upper headgear slot from +4 to +6, or +5 or +6 to +7.

People get never bored of not reading.

If your headgear is +4, it will be refined to +6.
If your headgears is +5 or +6, it will be refined to +7.
