They are simply dead weights, and there are other guilds out there who don't care if you play casually, especially on this server.

Well if you want to get more nice about it I guess. Let's put it on a strike system.

First Strike: Warning, tell the player what they are doing wrong, show them guides or materials to read to learn, or tell them yourself. If they listen, and shape up, great, don't worry about them till they ask for more help later.

Second Strike: Warning again. If they continue to not listen you will tell them you will boot them from the guild and they can join another one for all you care.

Third Strike: Bye bye person! :D

Not really. You've been there when we've had 3/4 our party just sit on their sweet butts in town because someone EDP GT'd them.

We just need Matsu to kick their asses into shape.

Yeah. Now that's actually a nice example. I go, I get my ass kicked, realize I'm not ready yet. Do I keep wasting my materials, knowing I'll get ass-kicked anyway, or spend time differently?

We're not and we've never been a hardcore woe guild. Preparing/farming for woe is a full time job. If I wanna just hang out, do different stuff, go at my pace, who are you to force me?

@Aaronock: That would work in Behemoth-like army-style guild, not us.

Just to pop in and say.

Everyone is able to be killed. No matter the guild, the gear, or the skill. They can be killed.

But, that's not what WoE is about. =P It's about the Emperium and breaking that is far more important then killing the other guilds.

I would actually do it even in a PvM based guild.
You cannot have people being stupid in parties, and not listening. It will get you, and your team killed.

Teamwork is needed in all guilds I feel to some degree.

I agree with that one. Teamwork is needed because no matter how good the individual they are only as strong as the team.

i think if you can get 6 or 7 people on during woe and have atleast two emp breakers then your set and you will be able to compete but you do have to be strict and follow a plan. if you don't you may aswell just hang out in town.
