Ask Gravity about the creamy, I think it's due to their Valk server, not wanting people to teleport or something.

Is there a list of which cards are in the Damp OCAs?
Or will this be a surprise?
In addition, how often are Damp OCAs obtains via fishing?

Yup! Creamy, GTB, deviling, vitata, and a few others aren't available on iRO Valk. There WAS a creamy card on valk server that was gotten early on and held on to. Someone tried to vend it but it was disabled. It was swiftly removed.
