once you get zerk you can noobzerk quite cheaply in many dungeons quite efficiently... if the dungeon's faraway you might wanna do what some others do like earth deleter zods, but personally i'm a fan of bwing+healer 'cause i don't have that much money to spend on foodstuff...

Splits, agi zerk is nonsense.

SVD build is more appropriate for zerk, 60 total dex approx (w/o bless), str to multiples of 10 rest to vit, don't even think about int (sp growth is laughable)

as Wira said (and as I'd say if I wasn't on a RL mission yesterday) the earth deleter zodiacs are awesome for zerker, for the 20 SP per monster. I own exactly this item and use it whenever I can. If you can kill 19 monsters per one zerk time, you don't need any other HP/SP items. I suggest building a pvp weapon, some significant zerkable monsters are demihuman.

Flee is halved in Zerk,??and your HP is multiplied by a large ammount.

I wouldn't reccomend using zerk reliably unless you have some vit to back it up.??Because it's more effective to start zerk when you have 25-30 k Normal max HP, than when you have 10 k normal Max HP.

I personally like the Agi/vit hybrid builds. Though not quite as good at their job as the purist builds It does allow quite a bit more flexibility. Agi for flee and attack speed and Vit for Max HP and Tankability.

And their cost to use is usually somewhere in between the two purists too in terms of healing items.

Twohand sword is better for mindless grinding since you can just quicken and attack until it's dead. Spear builds, are more skill oriented, and may require some thinking before you use them, but if used properly,??they can be quite worthwhile.??

Fun thing about zerk, In a PURE VIT build with No agi whatsoever to your name, A LK with quicken and a Berserk Potion can hit the max Aspeed (that's right! 190 aspeed with zero agi) with the skill berserk.

i see. hmm. can u reach 190 aspd in serk with 1agi? idk. maybe it's just my eyes but i estimated that the LK i saw on serk has 190aspd

YES you can hit 190 aspd no problems with zerk.
You just haveta use a berserk pot, two hand quicken, then zerk!
