Yup. Cause if you change at 1st class you not only loose skill points, you lose the ability to get trans skills.

^ -most- servers with 3rd jobs [fixed...ish] are high rates anyways, so might as well trans then 3rd job <.>

Pservs w/3rd jobs don't actually have renewal. They're just old RO with new (but incomplete and broken) jobs added.
