well i dunno its worth a try no? or it could all be one big waist of time :S all we can do is hope i guess . Iff the gms are up to it i could do some photoshop for teh loading screens and stuff.

Events like Screen Shot contest mut be used to choose loads screen ...
remodel heRO site/forum ... i agree, is good for new players, and for old ones too (im not old T_____T)
and talk more ingame about vote, call friends, why not !?

Ok here are my ideas.

-Putting maybe a pvp warper in more then 1 city. Like morroc maybe so that the other towns area also used. -> good idea, it's easily doable.

-when you port into pvp it should be at any random 4 corners so you dont get camped and all pissed. -> good idea too, not hard to do either, camping pisses me off too XD

-Maybe changing some npc sprites to just make everythign look new . -> we'll see about that one, adding new npcs would seem like a good idea too, Feith and I have a few ideas.

-Maybe like just remodel the site and give heRo a total new look? with some loading screens and an intro screen for when you log in. -> I like Feith's design as is for the site, but an intro could be cool, and I plan to add a screenshot section eventually.

Thats what i got so far. Iff anyone esle has ideas feel free to post them up.

Is it also possible to to like replace the npcs and and like flash things up abit . Like on some other servers ive seen some cool looking level 99 auras on other servers.

maybe also make a folder for bgm

Auras for spells, portal, level 99 can be modified. Something that our graphical GM Feith could do well I'm sure, or there are stuff made by other users on the eAthena forum.
