Wtf, I don't even understand how Nanae's is considered the best...is it the angle of the shots or something?

Feels like a total damn joke she won first, the other entries were way superior in showing action going on within a PARTY imo.??

Edit: Let me explain this a bit better so people don't go "oh you're just being a mean (insert mean words here).

1. We are using these screens later to display the types of parties we have, we want to show people essentially doing different types of things. Partying locations together and what not. Even if they are the usual party locations or not.

2. Is this really the kind of party we want to advertise on heRO? Looking at other shots we see so much action going on, is that not what a good party is about?

3. The images Nanae made look like they were purposely shot to look good for the contest, not showing off moments of "oh wow that was interesting we made it through that" or the obvious "oh wah we died but look at what killed us!"

Man, I still feel so bad that I didn't enter this/make time for it. I had a several really sweet shots in Juperos that I could have entered. BUT get over it Kalain.

I also have to agree with Aaronock here. I mean yes, those screen shots are different, in an area that hardly anyone goes so that makes them unique, and they are a bit amusing, but other than that..I mean I'm just really surprised that they won and I'm curious what the GM team saw in them. Perhaps..what I just said is what appealed to them..something different. In which case I suppose I understand.

My beef is this is going to be advertised I would hope as a part of our server experience.

We are saying that the first place winner's pics are a great example of how much fun our server is? That is what my problem is, I would find this place a joke and stupid if I saw that as a first impression of the server...and nobody is going to see the accompanying post with the screens, so it makes it even WORSE and harder to put into context in my opinion.

Yea, I don't get it either. Are we trying to tell everyone that sitting is something the people on heRO do a lot? And spending our time matching up our macros to /gg at the same time? :l

Hm.. Thinking about those screens, the /gg might be edited in. It doesnt seem to be a way of drawing people into the server.
...Then again, the 1st place ones might be disregarded, and someone else gets featured. XD

Chard (Hiroishime) should of win with this pic (http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y297/Iv.../gorge.jpg) It show some awesome mobbing in DG 2 and a perfect strategy to pull it off.
