Check if you got anti virus, that could be the problem. Zabaza had trouble with norton which prevented him from connecting. I'll check a setting with the subnet tomorrow.
As for the wings, it just means you're not updated Make sure you are running the correct client and got the right grf in your RO folder with NO data folder.
I tried enabling heRO, but that didn't work so I just shut off the Norton Antivirus I have and it still will not even connect. I accidentally entered the wrong password too, and it still waited about thirty seconds and said "Could not connect server" so it's not even connecting enough to check the password.
I used to play on this server, but I stopped because I found another server for quite a while but now I remembered how much fun slower leveling is. I also love when you have to do the tests to get to the next job so I have returned. I have created a new account and tried to get on and this is what happened so I've never played with this account. I have no clue if this information will help.
I can't connect! 
Is the server down? It seems like it for me. How can I fix it if the server is not down, and when will the server be back up if it is down?
