Question about Guild experience

sorry if my question seems idiot, but there is something I can't undertand about Guild experience...

Look at this picture, taken form the CP :



Please can you explain me how it's possible to have the same Guild level and a lot of difference in experience ?

It measures how much exp that guild is into each level, rather than total exp overall.
