Pandora should just set up one with 40 + people limit, its only 50 $ a month.
An official vent would mean more excuses for events. Like Vent events where the gms are in vent and ask questions and give away crap or just a place to hand out and even troll people, so that in a way , main chat would be less used and the vent would be the new gateway of communication in a sense.
As it is, you have to downloaded an out-dated client to even connect to the current server. Either way, you end up installing something new (Or old in this particular case).
I'm pushing for Mumble since it's the cheapest option, though I know not many people are familiar with it. I doubt anyone even knows what ShockVoice is, either.
In any case, I've spent quite a lot of time looking for hosting for various things, and could probably do up a price & feature comparison chart for all of the various server types for people to look at and choose from, including GUI.
