WS-skill stack/cards?

hello heROs, i am about to reset my WS, to get my last lvls. but since i only ever played free battle smith, i need help understanding the cart termination skill, it looks like it does mass damage. but costs money. the question________------===

does weapon effect, critical, cards, trigger effects, max overdrive/other attack increase skills, effect the attack/damage of CT.
or is it a skill that ignores my class skill damage buffs, and cards in weapon.

it will heavily effect my build, depending on this answer. and ive done as much search researching as i can, and i have yet to find a direct answer on-line. and i cant afford to reset a bunch of times to figure it out. so im hoping the server has info and suggestions, which i will value any input or info you may give to me.

If I recall % dmg cards like hydra dont work with ct just raw atk adds like zipper bear, hilsrion, and andre and your buffs help it maximize power over thrust and weapon perfection

sweet, that is very usefull info, exactly what i needed to know actually. now i wont waste hydra cards. or element cards. not even ak card, just so were clear.?
