Bug?! > Curse of the Gaebolg Quest

Hi,

i try to start the quest Curse of the gaebolg to finaly get the nameless island entrance for my Priest (87/50), i've done the other ones like this Veins Sibblings.

Now i tried to start the quest (bumping into that Busy Boy), but nothing happens, so i tried to buy the books, because i thought i was off mind and done it already, but this neither works, in storage arent these book too.

And now iam out of ideas

pls help

bumping = going beside him(1cell from him). not talking from afar. might be that?

sure i walk throgh him beside him around him etc AND talked him but nothing works

EDIT: and btw ive done this quest queit often so i know what to do
(on HeRO only on LK though)

The script requires you to be within 3 cells of him. As far as I understand there is no prequisite, save for being higher than level 60. =/
Dunno why it wouldn't work.

What does he say when you talk to him?

Edit :

If the conversation does not trigger, either:
a) you have too many things with you.
b) you've ignored him before.

If you've got too many things, just go to your Kafra storage and store some items, and then head back to the boy again.

If you've ignored him before, just talk to him again, and kick his books. Then help him. He'll ask you now to deliver the books.
