GOOD QUESTION!!!

And here is my response to that.

Tea Time is a WoE guild, to ensure that the guild doesn't fill up in an eye blink we need to have control over the invites, since i don't want the guild to be full with "he is my friend and he will woe with us eventually" and I never see the person online.

TL;DR:??FLOOD CONTROL!!!
