Robbed in my Cradle, by Plub
there I was having nothing but much trust in the hero community, despite 1 action, my life hear has been nothing but respectable and kind ppl,

I came across a MP card from someone who quit and gave it to me, Plub found out and talked me into a "good dea" at like 200m or below

later on I asked Vakral who did that, and Plub even said he did it to me

the only act that was poorly done to me on hero was this

I asked for small compensation, like 100m would be nice, but he told and he isnt guna give me anything

just something u should know about Plub

Wasn't this back in like April or May when you got it and traded it for variants and diablos boots or armor shortly after?

You traded it, it is no longer yours. Why would Plub have to owe you anything? That's just being silly.
Is this real life?

I stopped even having the potential for sympathy after this:

Let me start off by saying that we don't know the whole story. BUT:

I'm sorry, if this was done via buy/sell transactions then there's nothing anyone can do. You made the conscious decision to sell??that MP card at whatever price you sold at. The maxim of caveat venditor would apply here, meaning you had the increased responsibility to know what you were doing. HOWEVER, this would be an altogether different case if somehow (and I doubt this is even possible), you prove that fraudulence was involved. NOTE: Dunno how the GMs see this, you'll have to ask them.

But then again if this is just somehow to warn us about Plub... well, that would kinda be defamation and GMs have the judgement call... again.

xD. If you trusted someone for providing accurate info and solely based your transaction on that info. Its fair. Since you agreed to it.

imo the only GM action in this case can be when they promised to give it back or the full agreed price was not paid.

Well, establishing a price on a maya purple card isn't something easily done. They're rarely traded and in high demand. It comes down to what the seller wants and who wants to throw the most money at them.

If you're newer, you might not know that. Additionally, your concept of a crapload of money starting out back then is obviously lower than what it is now so you thought it a good deal then and you can see that it would be worth more now.

I was shocked that you sold it for what you did then and more so when I saw one sold for more than twice what I thought it was later. That in mind, a good rule of thumb to follow imo is not to trade a card/item that takes months of farming for zeny or an item that takes a good guild a 30-90 minute dungeon run to get.

Somebody wants that uber rare item? Make them pay for it in kind.
