are the success rates that much better here that you CAN charge 5k per scroll?! in other server, so many failures, tht i cant sell below 9k. and are there certain stats tht affect it?

Success is based on Int/Dex/Job Level and Endow level of the particular element you want to make (not in that particular order though).

That said, it's relatively easy to make them.
