personally i think subway's pretty solid.
granted, i tend to go for bacon or other pork products since if i wanted chicken i'd prolly go to a KFC or something
furthermore, i've eaten my fair share of bloody but well cooked chicken so i personally don't find a problem with it (what ina is referring to initially)
but i guess the possibility of salmonella is always there...
but meh, i like my sushi as well and i know some of the outlets i've eaten in probably did not process it to the highest standards sushi outlets should strive for

PS: i've heard/seen much worse from other junk food outlets in terms of hygiene etc but i still haven't quit on those either
