Create RMS account using proxy

This is applicable if you are experiencing This Error like me



Here is the Solution

Go to
http://www.elforja.net/index.php

Type http://ratemyserver.net/user_register.php
Uncheck Disable JavaScript and hit Surf

Fill up all the information.

then a Activation Code will be send in your Email.
Copy it and paste it when you loggin.

Then You can now leave your > Server Review <

I agree with GM-Pandora.

For future readers of this thread, if this message does pop-up, please contact the admin as the message states. There may or may not be a reason for your proxy to be blocked so it is important to follow-up with the correct contact(s). Using a 'proxy unblocker' is quite evasive so I do not recommend using one.
