Not really, they are just saying the Super Novice is he has this buff casted by the soul linker. Tk is hard to level as a first class at first as far as I know.

crit super novices are pretty decent. but u lose the chance of 100% crit at 99 which is kinda dumb.

What does this mean?

if u call the super novice angel at base 95-98, u can go into fury status like a monk. u get +50 crit from it. and getting to 50 crit in the first place is not hard if u are that level already, for a total of 100 crit. however, u lose the ability to go into fury status at 99, even though u gain a huge hp bonus.

as for the soul linker buff bug, it's been there since linkers came out. but i wouldn't be surprised if they finally fix it. gravity has taken away so many tricks and combos from the 2nd weakest job in the game T_T

yes, b/c TK can use kicks and the right element. but it would just take longer since SN only has to go to base 45 instead of job 40+ for the TK.

Sorry I dont really get how the soul linker works... and also I heard once i am a soul linker i cant use kicks, etc., then i believe for the kicks to go strong i needa + STR, then wouldnt all STR be wasted?

It cost a good bunch of zeny depending of your level. But it is free for people who are under lvl 40.
