When I get unlazy, I'll upload mine. Someone has to be the first to take the plunge. Not like I'm any good either, but it's all in good fun. And that's the whole point. Icon_razz

GM-Chocolate Wrote:For participating you can sing any song, for the next stages there will be only english musics inside a certain topic which will be given throughout the competition

So let me get this straight. To participate, any song in any language can be sung, but you're then gonna give us specifics later and we can make another song?

Dan, here's how it goes Icon_biggrin
To enter you are free to sing whatever you wish to sing. We, the GM staff, will choose 12 final participants. Those 12 people will be going through to another stage of this event. In this stage they will be given a certain topic for example the 50's rock or maybe Frank Sinatra, then they will choose a song that fits this profile, if you have doubts about being right or wrong about the chosen song for a certain topic PM me. Then we will post the songs and will give a time for people to vote for their favorite. The one who has the less number of votes will be cut out and we move to a new stage, with a new topic. And so goes on until we have only 2 participants, and the one who wins will be our heRO Idol. Well you will win if you get the crowd going Icon_biggrin
I hope to have answered your questions so far, and I am still waiting for entries Icon_cry

One thing bothers me about that final stage. As a general rule, solo parts are higher pitch than most of the others, because it carries better. If you're someone without the large range of a professional singer, especially a lower range like baritone or alto, it's hard to find anything to properly sing. I personally don't know of any pop music in my range.

Walsung is actually pretty cool. For a guy made of metal.

That always turns out horrible whenever I try it, it always ends up sounding like harmony instead of melody.
