Will item drop chance with same percentage delete each other probability ?

Lets say a monster have 0.03% drop card and 0.03% drop equip. If I got the card will the chance of getting the equip drop reset to 0 ?
I got 2 card but haven't got the item equip after I slain 5K of that monster

Hmm, from what I know, each item is a different RNG, so if you got a card it doesn't mean that you lost an equip, means that the card generated number was enough to get you the card, and the equip number wasn't.

Results are not cumulative.
Each item rolls separately and does not affect any other roll.

While we are at it, here is a reminder about probability:

Just because a card drop rate is 0.03%, that doesn't mean it will definitely drop within 3333 kills either. You also can't think of it as in "well I went by 3332 kills with no cards, so let's make sure the 3333th kill is a MVP to boost my chance at MVP card!"
