Wisdom Teeth

Suck...hard.

I just had mine removed. I'm pretty lucky compared to some in that I've experienced little to no pain, but the bloody mess in my mouth is disgusting. I can't wait till I get better and I can eat real food again, or smoke hookah, or go out with friends. Bleh, and I have to make a 2.5 hour drive back to college and move all my stuff in in like 4 days.

So, just a word of advice, get them out while you're young (my surgeon told me the after-experience is worse the older you are).

. . . give the guy some respect, don't you feel his pain. Some painkillers and a stint on the forums must help him get thru the mind numbingly painful days.

thank god i have room in my jaw for it to grow, tho it is really hard to reach when brushing my teeth so i often spend almost 15 minutes trying to get the toothbrush all the way down the back of my jaw.

i can only imagine the pain, but i am really feeling evil at the moment cos i am taking apart an IV dripper with morphine administering parts, etc. god its fun to take apart things hope you get better soon.

and no, there aren't any drugs in the machine, i am just taking it apart to see how it works for a project

I dont think mine can come out yet..their still pretty deep in there..havent started moving O_o

I had my wisdom teeth pulled the summer after high school. I got lucky, the bleeding stopped in half a day, and the next evening I was eating hamburgers. All I had to deal with was some slight aching and stiff muscles, didn't even need ibuprofin. But some people get laid up for days, it's really random.

Same here! *checks again* Yep! They're still in there! coming out but to be honest I really don't think that I will need them out. Just looks like I got more room then usual cases, but we will see
