They normally come in with Einbroch.. o_O

Because they are a touchy issue and I've seen then cause trouble on other servers. We want to prepare a mandatory script and it will take some time this is why its the last in the list.

Will the policy be the same as most servers on homunculus, in that custom AI are allowed?
