___Attention public, even with the war against the Covenants over, we are beggining a new war against an enemy known as the Demi-Humans of Rune Midgard.

___Studies have confirmed that although they are still primitive with their swords, bows, etc., they appear to be stronger then we anticipated.

___That leaves us no choice but to give em all we got, that means we are recruiting soldiers for this missions, soldiers of any rankings.

___The requirements are simple... Guns!!! You must be able to carry a gun or else we cannot accept you within the Assault Squad.

___Also we demand that you give us a name you want that is appropriate to our squad such as human names.

___You can also be an AI(Priest), to support our troops, names must be clean with no numbers or junk and must somewhat sound like a AI name.

___If you have any name related to halo such as a name in the games Halo 1-3 or the Halo books, feel free to tell us and we'll look into it to see if its accepted.

___We hope to grow our forces quickly so that we can defeat and dispose of these Demi-Humans before it is too late.

___Attention all members, this is our ranking system we will use to upgrade you into higher ranks:

Level 1-19 = Recruit
Level 20-29 = Apprentice
Level 30-39 = Private
Level 40-49 = Corporal
Level 50-59 = Sergeant
Level 60-69 + 1% tax = Gunnery Sergeant
Level 70-79 + 2% tax = Lieutenant
Level 80-89 + 3% tax = Captain
Level 90-99 + 5% tax = Major
Level 99 + 20 million guild experience = Commander
Level 99 + 50 million guild experience = Colonel
Level 99 + 100 million guild experience = Brigadier
Special pick = General
(Once 99 tax is always 50%)

___So there you have our rankings and how to get there. (rankings are subject to change due to testing how the system works)

___If you leave the Assault Squad and rejoin us, you will need to regain your rank starting from the rank that responds to your lvl, if your 99 we will start you at Major with 50% tax... if you lvl 78 you will be lieutenant and so on.

___FYI - This ranking system is to show the dedication you have for the Assault Squad.

Question: And what makes you think that yours will work better than ours?
Its not a matter of which works 'better' (hopefully that's not what you are trying to get at) but its a matter of how it will work... This system will have its own uniqueness in how it will function and operate. I believe that anything new that is introduced, like this system the Chief and myself (Cortana) created, should be welcomed with the encouragement & enthusiasm and not something from someone saying that they'll have one that works 'correctly'... that's like saying this system isn't going to work before its even tested.
Sorry GM-Auron, but I guess what I'm trying to say is that I took a little bit of offense to what you posted. Nothing personal towards you, just kinda felt that way. (Hopefully that's not what you entitled it to be.)

Nope mine was more of sarcasm since I probably won't ever have the chance of doing it. Also it's never a case of if it works or not it's always a case of having fun, that's my opinion on guild creation anyway.
