You know ... I've never heard of it.

It's asian, originally its tea with tapioca jelly balls in it. Nowadays it's been broaden however and you can get all sorts of juice, teas with fruit flavored jelly in them. Comes with a large straw so the jelly can pass thru, its really yummy ^___^

So here's a picture of bubble tea, to stay "somewhat" on topic ;P
