I dance R&B and Funky. I used to do it for life, even made some videos and spots but not anymore. Anyways, twice a week I meet with my friends and we do some dance routines. I hope my leg gets better soon to keep with it.

I swim, I sprint, I do fang shen do (kung fu), Juijitsu Taekwon do and soon I'll be adding Akido. Other then that I play sports randomly

If some of you guys play RO so much from my current observation, I wonder how do you find the time to exercise . As for me, my exercises only consist of running and walking. Kickboxing sounds interesting though but there are no nearby gyms to me .

Well, I take Shaolin Kempo, so I end up doing a bunch of exercises and stuff in that class. But outside of it, I never really exercise. *cougheventhoughishouldcough*

but i have big plans for the exercise room in the building next to mine :D

i work retail, though, so i'm on my feet 8 hours a day.

does running around like a crazy person while at work count? cuz i think it should....my pants are MUCH looser and it's only been a month and a half on the job >.<

I wake up i do 100 situps - 200 bicycle crunches 100 pushups . i go for a mile walk then i come home and do the 100 situps 200 bicycle crunches 100 pushups then i do taebow. thats that happens 3 - 4 times a week.
