GM Pandora,

okay so the hero full installer (13 parts) doesnt seem to work so my friend had to download the full hero installer from the links you've given us.but some error occurs whenever he tries to reinstall it. the error just goes on and on with different filenames, btw. dunno what kind of error is that, what do we do?

At first glance, make sure the disk isn't full or protected (aka you can write on it).

Well I would completely uninstall before trying to just reinstall over an old install using that, it may not overwrite properly. Then again it could be that they don't have admin rights on the computer?

It's the first time we've hit this kind of error.

usually a fresh install is the best remedy, meaning fully uninstalling (check to make sure nothing of heRO remains in your RO folder) and then reinstalling using the full installer. i haven't come across this problem, nor know of anyone who has, with this program anyway.

our friend manage to overcome the error..but still..he cnt run the client..
he said maybe its his pc,
now he's trying to dl the client we used
hope it works same us ours
