Cant log in on "certain" account

For some reason it won't let me log in on my account, I can log in on another merchant account just fine.

After I attempt to log in and select the server it won't connect to the character server or something since it comes up with "Failed to connect to server"

Any suggestions or solutions are welcome.

Let's start with the basic info so when the GMs wake up, they know how to fix it already.

What's the name/class of the character that you last played on that account and what's the last thing that you've done there?
