hmmm i have a question here, you see i was in ant hell collecting eggs for money and stuff, and then i left to take a bath afther i got annoyed of it for a wile haha, but when i came back miss Ayu ( GM-Ayu ) had come and done something wile i was away so i just said hi wile i was there, i saw her as the mini priest and then she warped away.

Now i obviously know that miss ayu was testing me for botting, but i wonder what could had happened if i haven't had come in that moment? ....hmmm...i mean i was just sited there...not responding part of the botting test? or should next time id just place a chat box saying i am afk?....hmmm

* Ryan's ban above is of permament nature including all accounts + IP Ban, furthermore a new rule has recently been added in effect of reporting any fully-banned players who try to play here again, failure to report any knowledge of a banned players trying to come back to heRO will be considered an offense and punished accordingly.

Edit: 2008/03/13 Ban has been lifted on "Silv", new conditions and restrictions have been communicated to him and agreed to in regard to his come back.

What he did: Various past offenses reported in bulk which include disrespectful comments aimed at other players, innapropriate party name, innapropriate guild title, etc.
what he did: racist comment toward player Bloody.
What he did: breaking the rule about Shrooming limit.
How long: 2 weeks ban + appologies before the ban is lifted + 1 week mute on the character Haku for the racist comment.

Note: Any further offense, however small it may be, will result in full permanent ban of all accounts + IP Ban. Such offense can be, but is not limited to: innapropriate party name, guild title, shop/chat name, pet name or slandering/disrespecting other players.

Appologies are to be given to the following people (can be giving thru separate forum pm or in a global post):

And a general appology to the server + GM team for all the rulebreaking.

Restriction in character creation
Below is the list of letters/numbers/symbols allowed in creation of a character's name. Make sure to also choose a name that is appropriate (aka no slander, profanity, insult, etc!). Player names who do not respect this rule will be sent to jail until a new name is chosen, the character can also be deleted if the name is too offensive.

We decided to believe that the players would be responsible and choose non offensive names, they decided to not follow the rules.

This is the concequence. They had one chance to change their names, they chose an offensive one. Chance is over.

edit:: neither of them are as offensive as some other names similar to those

edit2:: baby joose COULD be taken a tiny bit, but fainn on the other hand doesnt even mean anything, its just a name, i looked at most translations from languages into english and all i got was 'fainn' and theres no definition for it, or anything on wiki
