In fact, what did you install? I see you have the mini-installer, but what else?

Well.... I installed Ragnarok 1213 in 25 parts and Sakray 0305 Full rar from ratemyserver.net
I've got sdata.grf now

Looks good, re-install hero's mini installer over than and lauch it, it should work, if not let me know what doesnt work.

Pandora I can't get on everytime I click the Poring Icon the heRO screen comes up but then it closes by itself. I dont know what I need ,could you please help me

There's two things in your ragnarok folder that seems weird to me:

The gravity folder, seems like an installation to the wrong directory
2005-03-28BGM.rgz, that's a really old file you're trying to update...


One of the easiest ways to get it working would be to get the full installer in this thread.

Vanadis suggestion is good, the full installer should work fine.

If you wanna try other stuff before downloading 1.2 gig, can you check the following:

Whats the size of the file sdata.grf ?

What is written in your data.ini ?

also run setup.exe and make sure the sound setting is set to no sound.

Alright, the size of sdata.grf is1,04GB.
This is what is written in data.ini

0=heRO.grf
1=sdata.grf
2=data.grf
