I suggest that Makachuk repays Reaper for how much zeny he sold the fish for. And then maybe Reaper could use that money to buy more fish? It looks to me as if this was an accident, it wasn't anyones fault. Or maybe Makachuk and Reaper can settle for some sort of trade so everyone's happy?
