Yes but all servers include merchants, and at least heRO has no dual client to boost population unlike what other servers do. However, players who are here for longer than a year can testify that there's actually people on main at night now. In the past, even including autovending merchants, there's maybe 40 people past server time midnight. It's really a lot more lively at night now.
