go to the char select screen hit delete (when it asks for your email leave that blank) then wait a few seconds until it goes poof~

OOC: (too lazy to switch account) If you registered before when we have the super old control panel, you will need to use the password of whatever you had for that account back then. If you forgot what that is, I guess you can use the same process as lost password to retrieve that email address from GM-Aki or GM-Auron so you can delete your event novices.

That's why you PM GM-Auron to prove that your account indeed belongs to you with account name and password, and ask if you can get what is the registered email to your account. Follow his steps and cooperate with him, and I'm sure he can help you.
