you need to update either sakray or hero i think

Ah!!! Lol, that was during the fight of the person wearing the glitched item. Whenever you hit him everyone's RO would error. So not much problem. But try loggin g in again if it still persists try updating your clients/heRO patches.

But i don't know how to update Sakray....Im not really good at computers

Look in the file where you saved your heRO content. One of the file is "sakray" so just double click and it should start patching (it may take awhile though). (or is it "sakexe"... it's either one of them ^_^; )
