Public Ventrilo Server

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you all know that I am hosting a public Ventrilo server you all may use, with a setup like this, which can be changed if you guys want. + means the channel expands, and has sub-channels inside, and - means the channel has no subs inside, it is the channel alone.

-AFK (sent here after 5 minutes of inactivity)
+Ragnarok Online Lobby
+(Guild rooms, each with own WoE channel, password protected)

+World Of Warcraft Lobby
-Alliance
-Horde


If you would like to use this server, you may access it using a small program called Ventrilo.(you want to download the Windows client)

The IP/address for the server is: s0d0.servegame.com
The server is up 24/7.

How to get a channel for your guild:
To get a channel for your guild, send me a PM with your guild's name, a password for your guildmates to use to enter the room, and a password that you will input to login as admin to have control over the people in your channel.

GM-Scott made a helpful little walkthrough, and I decided to add it to the first post, so people can find it easier. Thanks Scott!

Just a little walkthrough :

First, upon opening the program, create a user :


Second, enter the server's informations :


Then hit "Connect" and you're in!

DISCLAMER:
Seeing as this server is hosted by me, and not the GM's, it has different rules than the forums. Language is pretty much open here, otherwise it wouldn't be fun. Just a few rules:

1) No spamming. It's annoying, as Wanderer displayed already. XD
2) When somebody tells you to shut up, it'd be wise if you listen. Lest you want to be kicked.
3) No music. You might like your music, but we might not. Make sure it's oke with everybody before playing your stuff.
4) Finally, the ever so cheesy, have fun! Start some conversations! It's no use having a voice chat if everybodies asleep at their keyboards! XD

And it's also less resourseful.
