That movie rox. But it was not in france, think it he was refering to Amsterdam city, w/e =0

The burger reference was about france, the next reference in the movie is to Amsterdam, about weed and how you can smoke joints if you want in your home and cops can't arrest you, and even if they do they don't have the right to search you. They also talk about mayonnaise on fries. Love Tarantino ^_^
