no there is no accessory for it... and if she fights then she should have the necessary loyalty to activate the skill already. However, according to skillid, skilllv, delay, hp%, sp%. there is a typo right there:

You need 5 numbers there. They are missing the "28" for heal before the 60. So right now it's using skill id 0 (aka, nothing) every 60 seconds.


So a typo happened. eA forgot to implement the actual skill that Alice use every 60 seconds. She's trying to do something, but nothing productive.
