mercenary isn't on kRO at all.... kRO doesn't have repeatable exp quests... also, to those saying we don't have enough people for battlegrounds or sealedshrine, if the leveling process was less boring and there was a few more different ways to level then more people would be at 99 trans or abouts and more people would be able to do sealed shrine and there would be more people to do pvp and the more people there are the more people that will do pvp, not everyone wants to MvP.
One reason that some people don't play 5/5/3 servers and other really low rates and go for 14x or higher is because, it takes so damn long to get to the max level and do the fun stuff eg PvP and MvP, so if the leveling process was more fun then we would probably have more players and more people able to do the custom quests, events and dungeons.
