Lets assume said wormhole takes about 30 seconds to warp him to 2012. In the time that the wormhole engulfs him, that would be perhaps 5 seconds, and another 5 to spew him out. Counting the trip, he would be about 40 seconds older by the time he hits the ground of this 2012 world.
