I am curious as to what they mean by "critical network". It says that the meaning of that is something that the president will decide if it is passed, but I doubt it'll pass without a definition.


If they try and shut down public internet... *rolls eyes*

But if it is to refer to the internal network of a bank, or an politicial office, and only briefly, due to a threat, then I can see why.
