should make up a registration thread, make sure everything's fixed, set up the amount of registration fees and declare the prizes, then pick 1 or 2 days out of the week when matches will be held, and randomly determine the match-ups. So that way ppl will know from the beginning of the league on which dates they will have to play.
Shouldn't be too hard to do, but i guess it requires some strong hands.
