What level should my SP Recovery be?

And thanks for all of your help as well.

Note: These are my current skills and their levels. It should give you an idea of what I have to work with so far.

(Mage) Fire Bolt- LV5
(Mage) Cold Bolt- LV5
(Mage) Lightning Bolt- LV5
(Mage) Sight- LV1
(Mage) Increase Spiritual Power (SP Recovery)- LV2
(Novice) Basic Skill- LV9
(Novice) First Aid- LV1

Should I worry about getting Thunder Storm now (so I can get LoV or Meteor Storm as a Wizard) or wait until I change classes?
